  • Job Description

    - Order & Document Management: Handle all sales-related paperwork, process incoming orders, and manage the end-to-end order flow.
    - Order Tracking: Monitor order status, issue delivery documents, and ensure all shipping details are accurate.
    - Customer Communication: Confirm delivery schedules and provide status updates to customers to ensure timely delivery.
    - Internal Coordination: Work closely with related departments to track production/delivery plans and resolve any delays.
    - Occasionally, it is necessary to visit customers by car together with the sales staff to check finished products and meet with clients. (This is not a sales role.)
    - Other Tasks: Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - 1-2 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or a related field.
    - Good command of English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Outlook for email communication.
    - Need to have driver lisence

    Level 5 - Beginner Level
