  - Ensure that all machinery in the factory is well-maintained and operates at maximum efficiency.
  - Carry out preventive maintenance plans, regularly inspect machinery, and resolve issues immediately to reduce downtime, improve production efficiency, and extend machinery lifespan.
  - Design and implement preventive maintenance plans for all machinery and electrical systems in the factory.
  - Analyze machine performance data and plan maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns and unexpected downtime, ensuring uninterrupted production.
  - Manage the maintenance team
  - Work closely with the production and engineering departments to align maintenance activities with production needs.
