Job Description
• Analyze customer work systems in order to apply the operation for product
• Understand a variety of businesses, including production, purchase, sale, service, and others
• Understand the work process, internal work flow, specific needs of each business type
• Understand the work of each project, Analyze the requirements and then match the capabilities of the software
• Produce manual documents about software, Teach how to use it correctly
• Able to apply the program as planned and can solve the problem of using according to the standard program features
• Develop methods for saving time, cost saving and match the customer's needed
• Collaborate with programmers, tester software, and other software or IT companies working together on projects.
Qualifications
Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 1 years experiences in ERP Implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• Business Process and Analytical Skills
• Finance knowledge and experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with different functional areas
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Level of English : can communicate and reply email in English (Foreinger Customers)English Level
