- Monitor and execute daily/weekly tracking of global and regional market intelligence across assigned product chains.- Compile, download, and verify raw market data and pricing indices from external third-party sources.- Prepare and deliver standard periodic deliverables, including industrial news summaries and routine business reports, ensuring zero data gaps.- Develop business intelligence insights to identify risks, challenges, and growth opportunities.- Maintain up-to-date market content, reports, and visualizations on the team’s centralized collaboration portal to support informed decision-making and sales growth.- Extract, analyse, and customize ad-hoc data packages and charts to support frontline sales negotiation teams.- Identify external data entry discrepancies and perform manual data validation to ensure core report accuracy.- Act as the primary operational point of contact for cross-functional data inquiries and standard information requests.- Perform other ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as designated by the superior or management.

- Design and build data pipelines (ETL/ELT) from multiple sources such as PLC/CNC/IoT sensors, MES/ERP/CMMS, and CSV/Excel.- Data modeling and data warehouse / lakehouse design (schema design, SCD, metadata management, data quality monitoring).- Develop streaming platforms for real-time metrics (downtime, alerts, utilization) visualization and distribution.- Problem framing (OEE, setup/changeover, bottlenecks, quality, maintenance), hypothesis design, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and feature engineering.- Build models for time series forecasting, anomaly detection, and reliability analysis.
