Job Description
A technology-focused organization specializing in 3D printing and IT equipment is seeking a Sales Manager to lead sales operations, develop strategic initiatives, and drive revenue growth across B2B and B2C markets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring alignment with business goals and achievement of sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies, market expansion plans, and customer acquisition approaches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key accounts.
- Oversee sales forecasting, performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Technical Support) to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in technology, IT equipment, machinery, or industrial solutions.
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing sales teams.
- Good command of English for communication with stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to manage multi-product portfolios and diverse customer groups.
- Must possess a personal car and be able to travel to client sites regularly.English Level
