    - Build relationships with existing and new customers, negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, close sales, and provide after-sales service.
    - Analyze customer needs and offer suitable proposals.
    - Communicate with customers and provide information on conditions and requirements.
    - Use online marketing tools such as social media, websites, and LINE to promote projects.
    - Represent the company at trade shows and promotional events.
    - Handle contract documentation with customers.
    - Prepare sales documents and manage processes throughout the sales cycle.
    - Ensure customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support.
    - Update market information to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    - At least 2 years of sales experience in real estate business will be advantage.
    - Good English communication skills are an advantage.
    - Strong communication and presentation skills.
    - Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
    - Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    - Able to analyze customer needs and present products/services appropriately.
    - Proficient in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
    - Must have a driver’s license and own a personal car.
