  • Job Description

    The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing IT projects from planning to delivery, ensuring that all project activities meet the required scope, quality, timeline, and budget. This role coordinates closely with internal teams and clients, monitors project progress, and ensures successful and timely project completion.

    Project Planning & Execution
    - Manage IT project implementation according to the project plan, scope, and timeframe.
    - Ensure project deliverables align with the Terms of Reference (TOR) and client requirements.
    - Define project milestones, schedules, and resource allocation.

    Project Control & Monitoring
    - Monitor project progress, risks, and issues to ensure smooth execution.
    - Manage project budget, manpower allocation, and overall performance against the project plan.
    - Conduct regular project reviews and adjust plans as necessary.

    Coordination & Communication
    - Coordinate between internal teams (development, QA, business analysts) and external clients.
    - Prepare project documentation such as meeting minutes, requirement documents, change requests, and progress reports.
    - Provide project status updates and presentations to management and clients.

    Delivery & Quality Assurance
    - Ensure all deliverables meet agreed standards and are submitted within the deadline.
    - Verify the completeness and quality of project outputs before handover.
    - Support testing, deployment, and issue resolution during the project lifecycle.

    Other Responsibilities
    - Identify opportunities for process improvement in project management.
    - Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
    - Experience in IT project management or software development project coordination.
    - Strong understanding of SDLC, project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and technical processes.
    - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    - Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    - Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
    - PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage (optional).
