• Job Description

  1. Analyze the market, fashion trends, and buyer behavior to plan and develop new products in the fashion and pet accessory product group (dogs, cats, and owners) to meet company objectives for domestic customers and to support future export.
  2. Monitor new material trends and alternative materials in the industry for application in product pieces.
  3. Design and coordinate the creation of prototypes, and revise them to suit pets' and customers' requirements.
  4. Analyze and calculate production quantities, control budgets, and negotiate prices to maximize benefits for the company.
  5. Source manufacturers to produce the designed products, evaluate their performance to control quality, and identify the most suitable options.
  6. Purchase materials and equipment necessary for production, handle transportation, and process payments upon production completion.
  7. Set launch dates, prepare product information, resolve product-related issues, and coordinate with various teams within the company.
  8. Analyze sales and review customer feedback for released products to address defects.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
