  • Job Description

    This position is designed for a candidate with high potential to grow into a leadership role within the AE Sales division. The Sales Engineer (Potential Leader) will be responsible for driving sales results, developing distributors, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing to strategic planning. The individual must demonstrate strong commercial skills and leadership readiness to eventually manage part of the team.

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales & Business Development
    - Achieve the AE sales targets for 2026, 2027, and long-term revenue goals.
    - Identify new market opportunities and develop new distributors.
    - Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical explanations when needed.
    - Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and marketing activities to promote the company’s brand.

    Distributor Management
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to support their sales performance.
    - Provide training, guidance, and support to help distributors achieve sales targets.
    - Jointly visit end users to strengthen collaboration and secure stable business.

    Strategic & Operational Planning
    - First-year expectation: 40% sales activity, 60% sales & service strategic planning, analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
    - Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and proposals for management.
    - Support the development of long-term AE sales strategy.

    Leadership Path
    - Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and team-oriented behavior.
    -If the candidate shows leadership capability, they will be assigned team-leading responsibilities when appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Strong command of English; Japanese is an advantage
    - Bachelor’s degree in any related field
    - Sales experience 5 years required; marketing experience preferred
    - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    - Proactive mindset with the ability to find solutions and drive results
    - Strong coordination skills with sales, service, and related departments
    - Leadership or team-leading experience is a plus
    - Driver’s license required (preferred)
