  • Job Description

    Executive & Administrative Support
    - Manage the CEO’s agenda, scheduling, and priorities to ensure optimal time efficiency.
    - Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare briefings, and follow up on action items.
    - Handle emails, inquiries, and price requests from customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
    - Assist in improving team coordination, workflow, and communication across departments.
    - Support ongoing strategic and operational projects.

    Project & Business Coordination
    Lead and assist with various company growth initiatives, such as:
    - Factory or office relocations
    - Machine procurement and supplier coordination
    - Business process improvement projects
    - Liaise between the CEO and teams in Thailand, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, and Switzerland.
    - Collaborate with Swiss counterparts, including evening availability when required due to time zone differences.

    Personal Assistance & Lifestyle Management
    - Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistical planning.
    - Manage personal bookings (restaurants, medical appointments, transportation, etc.).
    - Provide day-to-day support to simplify and optimize the CEO’s personal schedule.

    Travel Requirements
    - Occasional travel to Hong Kong, Switzerland, and Colombo (Sri Lanka).
    - Domestic travel as occasionally required.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Language Skills
    - Fluent French (mandatory) – native level or near-native.
    - Fluent Thai (spoken & written) – essential to handle local workflow and communication.
    - English proficiency is an advantage.

    Professional Skills
    - Strong computer literacy: Outlook, Excel, Calendar management, AI tools, and general tech-savviness.
    - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
    - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and partners.

    Business Background
    - Experience working in a corporate environment or SME is highly preferred.
    - Understanding of business operations, customer processes, and internal workflow management.
    - Diplomacy, confidentiality, and professionalism are essential.

    Work Arrangement
    - Primarily Work From Home.
    - Typically 1–2 days per week at the office (flexible depending on workload).
    - Must be highly reachable and responsive during working hours.
    - Ability to adapt to Swiss time zone when needed.
