  ・Development of additives for vinyl chloride
  ・Initially serve as interpreter for Japanese engineers to strengthen collaboration with Thai staff
  ・Interpretation duties during internal meetings and customer meetings
  ・Gaining technical understanding through interpretation duties
  ・Upon achieving sufficient technical understanding, performing development tasks such as:
  　・New development and improvement of additives for vinyl chloride
  　・Conducting formulation studies, prototyping, and evaluation testing
  　・Product improvements and problem-solving tailored to customer needs
  　・Coordination with raw material suppliers and collaboration with external research institutions
  　・Analysis of development data and report creation
  　・Information gathering on market trends and legal regulations
