  • Job Description

    - Manage and supervise daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
    - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including planning, quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics.
    - Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
    - Monitor and analyze production KPIs and take corrective actions to achieve operational goals.
    - Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and safety regulations.
    - Lead and develop the production team to enhance performance and engagement.
    - Collaborate with team to design and improve workflows, layouts, and equipment utilization.
    - Apply Lean Manufacturing concepts such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Just-In-Time (JIT)
    - Develop and manage production plans to meet customer demand, delivery schedules, and inventory targets.
    - Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure consistent product quality.
    - Other tasks assigned by General Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Related Fields.
    - Have Experience in managerial position in Japanese Automotive factory more than 5 years.
    - Proficient in ERP systems and production planing tools
    - Good command in spoken and written English (Conversational or higher)
    - Experience with automotive quality standards (IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001)
    - Strong leadership and team management skills Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
    - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
