Qualifications

    - Minimum 5 years in automotive luxury sales; 5+ years in a leadership role
    - Strong leadership, team coaching, and analytical ability
    - Fluent in Thai & English
    - CRM and reporting tool proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI)
