  • Job Description

    1. HR Strategy & Planning
    • Develop HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and the clinic’s business plans.
    • Plan manpower to match the number of dentists, dental assistants, and service staff in each branch.
    • Design the organizational structure and determine staffing levels for operational efficiency.
    2. Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Manage the recruitment, selection, and interview processes for all positions.
    • Build a “Talent Pool” for Dentists, Dental Assistants (DA), Dental Consultants (DC), and Customer Service (CS/OL) staff.
    • Plan and implement onboarding processes to ensure new employees understand the organizational culture and service standards.
    3. Performance & Development
    • Design performance evaluation systems (KPI/Competency).
    • Develop career paths and succession plans.
    • Create and manage training roadmaps for employees at all levels.
    4. Compensation & Benefits
    • Oversee payroll processing and ensure correct tax/social security deductions.
    • Analyze and design competitive salary structures.
    • Recommend adjustments to salaries, bonuses, and benefits suitable for the healthcare service industry.
    5. Culture & Engagement
    • Promote a friendly, service-oriented organizational culture.
    • Organize team-building activities, such as staff meetings, HR talks, and Employee of the Month programs.
    • Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement improvements based on results.
    6. Labor Law & HR Administration
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, labor protection regulations, tax, and social security requirements.
    • Manage HR documents such as employment contracts, warning letters, resignation, and termination records.
    • Coordinate with government agencies such as the Social Security Office and Department of Labor Welfare.
    7. Management Partner
    • Advise executives and department heads on employee-related matters.
    • Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rate, overtime, productivity) to support strategic decision-making.
    • Participate in management meetings and provide recommendations to develop a sustainable workforce.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or other related fields.
    • At least 8–10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or HR leadership role.
    • Experience managing HR teams in healthcare services, clinics, hospitals, or dental chains is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR functions, including:
    o Recruitment & Manpower Planning
    o Organizational Development / Training & Development
    o Performance Appraisal & Compensation
    o Payroll & Benefits Management
    o Employee Relations & Engagement
    • Basic knowledge of labor law, social security, withholding tax, labor protection regulations, and employment contracts in healthcare settings.
    • Ability to design and manage Career Paths, Competency frameworks, KPIs, and Succession Plans.
    • Strong skills in communication, consultation, and conflict management.
    • Proficient in HR data analysis (HR Metrics, Dashboard, Manpower Reports).
    • Experienced in HR digital tools / HRIS / Payroll systems, such as FlowAccount, BambooHR, or ZEEHR.
    • Strategic mindset with leadership qualities and the ability to manage multiple branches simultaneously.
    • English proficiency at business level.
