    • Export operations of Confectionary products for Vietnam company.
    • Cooperate with the Japanese side(HQ, Trading company, manufacturer).
    • Placing orders with suppliers.
    • Overall inventory management.
    • Other assign tasks

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
    • At least 3-year experience in Sales Support Activities such as receiving orders, Monitor inventory, handling delivery orders, and etc.)
    • Good command of English (Document and communication with internal and external)
    • Good command of Japanese (JLPT certified level N1 - N2)
    • Basic understanding of import document and customs procedures would be beneficial
