  [Resposibilities]
  - Sales administration tasks
  -Confirmation of order details from each customer and delivery date management
  - Import and export operations　※In reality, JapanHQ handles the import and export, and we only provide support.
  - Preparation, review, and management of contract-related documents
  -Preparation for exhibitions (including communication with organizers, booth design, etc.)
  - Supporting activities requested by sales representatives, including inviting doctors to exhibitions and assisting them through the participation process
  -Attend online meetings with customers and internal meetings, making minutes, and manage the progress of various to-do items.
  - Daily meeting with Japanese sales Manager and Japanese Vice Manager via online
