• Job Description

  • Make annual and monthly training plans based on the company training policy and submit them to the manager.
  • Support the training team in all training classes and on-the-job training (OJT).
  • Monitor the effectiveness and quality of training programs, track each beauty consultant's progression, and report to the manager.
  • Prepare learning materials, handouts, tools, and manuals for training programs and workshops (including translating training documents).
  • Handle beauty consultant onboarding and offboarding and report directly to the training manager to create new training classes; follow up with new beauty consultants during their probation period and assist the training manager in preparing monthly reports.
  • Support the beauty manager in organizing the annual test plan for beauty consultants and in developing instructional programs for the annual test.
  • Other duties as assigned.
