• Job Description

  - Responsible for formulating and driving overall strategy to grow and expand the business. Oversee and manage all aspects of the business and people to ensure compliance and alignment with company goals.
  Develop and implement strategic and operational plans and initiatives to drive
  overall business excellence and long-term success
  - Identify and analyse industry trends and new market opportunities for business growth and optimization.
  - Manage sales and marketing activities to achieve revenue targets and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. This includes developing and implementing effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to achieve optimal results in the different product groups
  - Build and strengthen relationship with key stakeholders, including government authorities, industry associations, dealers, partners and customers.
  - Lead and manage budgets, forecasts, financial plans and cost control initiatives. Monitor financial performance to ensure stability and profitability.
  - Lead, coach and motivate the local team, fostering a positive work culture.
  - Oversee the business operations in Thailand, including but not limited to Sales & Marketing, Production, Procurement, Supply Chain (Logistics & Inventory), Quality Control, Customer Service, Finance, HR, IT to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  - Ensure corporate governance and compliance with local laws, regulations and address any legal or regulatory issues that may arise.
