    - Prepare and submit reports on customer claims and related information.
    - Analyze defects in parts both internally and externally.
    - Follow up on defects found during processes and address customer claims.
    - Provide cooperation and support data to customers.
    - Summarize and manage quality data.
    - Coordinate communication between Japanese and Thai staff.
    - Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male/Female, Age: 25 years old or older
    ∟ New Graduation Welcome ！
    - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
    - English : Conversation Lv. Up (Speaking and Writing)
    - Able to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other relevant software.
    - JLPT level: N2 or N3

    【Advantage】
    - QA/QC Knowledge
    - Experience in manufacturing Electronic Components Industry

    Level 4 - Conversational Level
