  • Job Description

    Division: Human Resources
    - Develops and implements HR strategies and policies aligning with the organization's goals and objectives
    - Manage and control Budget & KPI
    - Plan and control all HR function (HRM/HRD) e.g. manpower planning, recruiting, onboarding, succession plan, compensation & benefit, etc.
    - Manage and control employee performance and development program, employee relations, motivation programs, etc
    - Make and review policy, regulation, employment manual in accordance with company’s policy and labor laws. And ensures compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
    - Creates and maintains a positive and productive work environment
    - Provides guidance and support to HR staff members

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male is preferable. Age over than 48+
    - 12-15 years of work experience as HR all function (HRM/HRD)
    - And at least 5 years of work experience in HR management level
    - Bachelor o Master Degree in HR management or related field
    - Have well knowledge of Labor Laws, PDPA, ISO system
    - Have experience of HR software e.g. Human Soft, Pinno, Tiger Soft
    - Excellent in English (TOEIC 800+ is preferable)
    - Proficiency in MS Office, Data Analytic
    - Good communication skills
    - Problem-solving & Decision-making skills
    - Multi-tasking and time management capability
    - Able to work under pressure
    - Familiarity with office organization
