• Job Description

  1. Design, draw, and improve tools and machines used in the production department to ensure readiness and efficiency.
  2. Design and draft conveyors, various workpieces, automation systems, robotics solutions, and automation machines.
  3. Lead problem-solving for the production line during machinery installation and for various tools and equipment.
  4. Continuously develop and improve production processes, including equipment, tools, and machines, to increase efficiency, reduce time, improve quality, and lower costs.
  5. Coordinate installation, modification, and maintenance of equipment on the production line.
  6. Ensure workplace safety, compliance with 5S, and environmental protection.
  7. Provide advice and coaching to those involved.
  8. Monitor work progress, report problems to supervisors, and take corrective actions.
