    [Job Descriptions]
    - Provide legal perspective/ consultation/ advice to Management concerning with the legal issues and the compliance to law/regulation and company’s rule
    - Provide advice on agreements and contracts with favor or balance solutions
    - Review legal documentation and correspondence to remain company’s standpoint
    - Provide conclusion and direction of legal claim
    - Coordinate with outside legal counsel
    - Ensure that the required business licenses or registration are obtained/renewed/registered
    - Provide legal study and advice on a project basis

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in Law
    - 10 years working experiences in law and financial service or banking industry for over 5 years
    - Good command of English

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in coordinating with the Office of Consumer Protection Board or government sectors
    - Experience in law implementation management skill
