  [Main Duty]
  Fully responsible for operation management of the whole plant and establishing and perfecting the system of
  production operation and team construction, formulating development planning and annual plans and strategies.
  Full functions, P&L owner. such as production dept /Quality /ME /Account&Finance /HR/ Customer Service/IT
  
  ※Responsible for running day-to-day operations 70%, Team Building 30 %
  - Manage the daily operations of the entire Thailand factory.
  - Ensure products are delivered to customers on time.
  - Drive continuous improvement in lean manufacturing, efficient layout, training, etc.
  - Responsible for quality improvement.
  - Overall responsibility for product production, technology innovation, and efficiency improvement.
  - Efficiency Improvement
  - Assist the sales department in the implementation of new projects.
  - Responsible for machine upgrade decision-making and production safety assurance.
  - Production Improvement
  - Oversee the transfer of products from other overseas factories.
  - Run daily production and plant management meetings.
  - Must have good communication with management.
  - Work with other regional leaders and global departments to coordinate strategic goals, organizational priorities, and resource allocation.
  - Aligns strategic goals, organizational priorities, and resource allocations to achieve results.
  - Manage & supervise all the related departments to perform responsibilities.
  - Coach all the function managers to perform better.
  - Other duties assigned by MD or Director
