    - Plan and create strategies to achieve sales goal for the department
    - Manager 4 sales staff members
    - Responsible for domestic and oversea sales
    - Follow up and respond to current customers
    - Expand new potential customers (call, email)
    - Based on products. drawing, suggest products and service to customers
    - Visit customers sites

Qualifications

    - Bachelor's degree in any fields
    - Japanese N2 level *to communicate with Japanese customers
    - Conversational English Level
    - At least 5 year of Sales experience (Responding to current customers & Developing New customers) in B2B business
    - Has car license and able to commute to the office
