• Job Description

  - Assist the Maintenance Department Manager in overseeing all aspects of machinery and equipment maintenance.
  - Supervise maintenance technicians and provide guidance and training as needed.
  - Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely servicing and repairs.
  - Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  - Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to resolve technical problems.
  - Coordinate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize disruptions.
  - Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation of all activities.
  - Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment components and initiate procurement as necessary.
  - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
  - Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost savings in maintenance operations.
