    1. Supervising business operations
    2. Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees
    3. Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed
    4. Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies
    5. Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives
    6. Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties
    7. Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Thai nationality, Any gender, Age around 35 - 45 years old
    - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any related field
    - At least 5 years experience of sales in Auto Leasing or related
    - English business level or above
