  • Job Description

    - Observe and identify existing technical service problems and provide improved solutions
    - Establish the resources required for technical service and present findings to Operations Director
    - Create short-term and long-term strategic operational plans to improve service quality and minimize problems promptly and accurately
    - Collect and analyze customers’ issues and reasons of complains then develop plans to mitigate them
    - Oversee and supervise the performance of all technical service staffs
    - Manage the stock of maintenance parts and equipment and make sure the availability is sufficient and reasonable
    - Oversee that maintenance spare parts and equipment required are sufficient and make sure that the purchase order is executed in aligning with the purchasing schedule of Procurement Department

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Electrical Engineering graduate
    - Minimum 5 years of previous work experiences directly in field technical service, technical customer service, field engineering service the supervising level more than 10 subordinates
    -Management experience to lead team as No2 of Division (around 25 people)
    -Planning skill/experience to design new operation (looking for manager who to transform the operation)
    - Able to work on Saturday and in shift
    - Good command of English (Conversational Level)

    【Advantage】
    - Preferable previous experience in electrical household appliance manufacturing company such as refrigerator and air-conditioner
    - Familiar with short-term and long-term operational planning execution, dashboard, and analytic reports
    - Microsoft Office and Auto CAD literacy
    - Excellent time management and teamwork skills
    - Superb diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
