    • Contact Production Control at HQ in Japan
    • To coordinate with Sales Division for delivery product and confirmation schedule
    • Perform Delivery control, and shipment arrangement
    • Reminded the critical item delivery with the Japanese Manager and Sales Division
    • Reminded the excess stock report to all of the Sales team for clearing and next action for selling
    • Coordinating with the Sales team and colleagues in the overseas sales office and other Departments
    • To do other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree in any field
    • Experience in any field 3 years onwards
    • Computer literate in MS Office (Power point / Power BI), especially MS Excel
    • Good command of English and Japanese (N1), both oral and written
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet critical deadlines
    • Reliable, trustworthy & teamwork
    • Service-minded attitude with swift action
