  Corporate Compliance
  -Support the preparation and follow up Board meeting agenda and applicable statutory documents
  - Oversee corporate secretarial compliance of group subsidiaries in connection with local
  teams to ensure all appropriate filings, minutes and returns etc. prepared and submitted.
  
  Contract Management and legal monitoring
  -Consolidate and manage process for legal documents such as Sales/Purchasing contracts etc..
  - Review the legal documents as Regional legal manager through hi-sales
  -Follow and review changes and evolutions in laws and legal requirements .
  -Inform about new legal requirements to impacted departments and entities.
  
  Commercial Legal Support
  -Provide support to all departments appropriately for reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts.
  -Provide advice and analysis for legal issues.
  
  Litigation
  -Provide legal support in litigations.
  -Liaise relationships with external legal firms to mange the Company’s interests.
  
  Compliance
  assisting and supporting Compliance activities and initiative as requested/required.
