Job Description
Responsibilities
- Accounts payable (Daily Non-Trade, company and employee expenses)
- Review and check all the expenses are complete and accurate to the ERP system
(i.e. Rental car, Medical expenses, Telephone expenses, Domestic trip, Overseas Trip,
Logistics Operation expenses, and others) following the deadlines
- Consulting and Training the employee who needs support for ERP Systems (Thai, Japanese, and ASEAN)
- Consulting with the employee who needs advice about accounting
- Set and Update the payment schedules and Information to all concerns per monthly
- Prepare payment to suppliers and employees by payment schedules
- GL Reconciliation per monthly
- Prepare and submit CONET’s
- Support special assignments as well
Qualifications
Requirement
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree of Accounting
- Experienced in relevant field 3-7 years
- Experienced in International Trade, AP, General Accounting, Tax, Finance, or Budget Planning & Control
- GPA is not less than 2.70
- Good command of English (TOEIC at minimum 550) (Optional)
