  Product Planning
  • Consolidate and summarize customer’s needs based on uses in each country, then adjust internally to fix model lineup, and propose to get approval.
  • Check and manage model lineup and model development activity based on schedule.
  • Coordinate with team members to develop new models.
  • Be representative of company’s affiliates in evaluation meeting to get approval.
  • Support logic setting (price/unit/profit etc.) to propose in each development’s event.
  • Aware of sales situation of own responsibility and make the linkage with model development or product lineup.
  • Propose price guideline/direction in every new model to get approval.
  
  Others
  • Coordinate and monitor special projects among Genpo/dist.
  • Support operations of business's event quarterly, including supporting company affiliates/distributors' requests.
  • Support admin internally in Motorcycle Product & Business Planning division.
  • Plan budget & expense related to projects quarterly.
  • Control SED documents & schedule.
