Job Description
• Overall Plant Operations: Manages the entire plant's operations, overseeing multiple departments and functions.
• Strategic Planning: Develops and implements strategies to improve plant performance, increase efficiency, and meet production targets.
• Resource Management: Manages resources such as equipment, materials, and labor to optimize production and maintain cost-efficiency.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborates with various departments (production, maintenance, quality control, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Performance Evaluation: Monitors key performance indicators, analyzes plant performance, and implements improvements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensures that the plant complies with industry regulations, environmental standards, and health and safety protocols.
• Budget Management: Manages the plant's budget, controlling expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
• Leadership and Team Management: Leads a team of managers and supervisors, overseeing their work and ensuring a cohesive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male, 40-46 years old
- Nationality; Taiwanese, Chinese, Thai and Others
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any engineering field
- Over 15 years of working experience in manufacturing such as Nonwoven fabric / Polyester / Spunbond nonwoven / fabric fiber etc.
- 3-5 years experience in Top management level or Sr. Manager
- Good at English and management skills
- Have an experience in nonwovens fabrics or related business is advantaged.
- Expert knowledge in production, machine, maintenance or related fundamentals
- Expert MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Mail)
- Have driving LicenseEnglish Level
