  • Job Description

    [Product] Spindle Motors for HDDs

    - Responsible for purchasing of products
    - Coordinate with suppliers in China and handling purchasing process
    - Accuracy of issuing Purchase Order and update price once any changes
    - Controlling and monitoring purchasing quotation and order.
    - Follow up the status of purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, expedite for back orders and communicate status of order with team.
    - Prepare for reports, data summary and other related documents
    - Coordinate with related departments for smoothly operation
    - Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in any fields
    - Having experience in Purchasing/Sales support/Quality control
    - Good command of Chinese(Business level)
    - Good command of English

    【Advantage】
    - Knowledge of Statistical Quality Control (SQC)
    - Have experience in electronics industry
    - Good command in Microsoft Office especially Excel
