  • Job Description

    - Set and plan the policies, strategic plans, and goals for the production process to be consistent with the goals of the company to operate in same direction and according to the plan and policies that have been set
    - Responsible for controlling the production process and control product quality to meet the standards
    - Plan/Analyze and Manage resources, costs, and develop production processes in both quantity and quality
    - Plan the production according to product requirements and reduce loss that might happen
    - Control capital in production and controlling work to achieve maximum production
    - Control and supervise the maintenance of machinery used in production, solve problems, and determine prevention methods
    - Develop and improve production processes and machinery used in production for efficiency
    - Control production to meet specifications of laws related to work safety and support for quality systems ISO 22716, GMP, HACCP, HALAL, ISO and other systems related to food and cosmetics

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial engineering or related fields
    - At least 5 years of experience in managing small and medium-sized factory
    - Knowledge in ISO system, ISO 22716, GMP, HACCP, HALAL and food, drug standards
    - Good communication skills and have leadership

    [Advantages]
    - Experience in a factory producing cosmetics, dietary supplements, and health foods, special consideration will be a plus
