  • Job Description

    - Support FAD automatic machine on-site setting and after-sales follow-up together with Japan staff
    - Conduct a comprehensive test of products necessary for product sales
    - Respond to customer complaints and act as a point of contact
    Carry out Japan's instructions at your factory or research facility
    - Support dispensers and robots in factories and laboratories. ( If you can perform on-site leveling
    and PLC error checking, you will be ready to work immediately.)
    - Provide other comprehensive technical support
    - Attend business trips not only in Thailand but also to overseas factories, mainly in ASEAN

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Has Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering
    - Conversational level English or N3 Japanese conversational level
    - Has experience as a Test, Site, Service Engineer or any related fields
    - Has experience in automatic mechanics, robot assembly, and wiring for more than 3 years
    - Has license and own a car

    [Advantage]
    - Business English
    - Experience handling dispensers and desktop robots
    - Experience working for a equipment manufacturer
