    ‐ Support company setting up
    - Support Japanese in taking care of customers / suppliers
    - Documentation (Quotation, PO etc.)
    - Delivery Control, Stock Control
    - Making several reports as a sales assistant
    - Communicate with staffs in Japan at HQ by email

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's Degree in any field
    - Minimum 1 year working experience
    - Good command of Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
    - Good command of English (Level 4 or above)

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in sales assistant/Admin

  • English Level

    Level 4 - Conversational Level
