    - Develop/Revise company rule & regulation

    - Operation of BOD/AGM

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor or Master degree
    - More than 10 years of experience of Accounting, Finance related fields
    - Certified Public Accounting (CPA) is a must
    - Good command of English

    【Advantage】
    - Working experience in FMCG industry or Manufacturing would be advantage
    - Have experience and knowlede of Internal control would be advantage
