    - Supporting tasks of the sales and trading department such as,
    Check Customers Order-Price, Delivery Control, Update Stock Control list every day (Excel)
    - Issue Tax Invoices
    - Purchasing order key in to the system
    - Delivery arrangement with a courier, forwarder, etc.
    - Communication with vendor/customer by the English language
    - Documentation tasks (estimate/invoice etc.)
    - Other tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Female/ Male, Age below 29 years old
    - Bachelor's Degree in any field.
    - New graduates welcome
    - Good command in English
    - Good command of Microsoft office tools.

    Level 4 - Conversational Level

  • Other Language

    English
