• Job Description

  - 50% Works on medium to large small sized (site/location) multi-product/multi-platform projects.
  
  - Analyzes customer business requirements and application objectives. Develops configuration design, functional and technical specifications to meet customer needs.
  
  - Leads or Participates in periodic status checks with customers and team to assess progress against plan. Develops or assists in developing and refining forecasts for project variables as necessary throughout the project.
  
  - Works with account manager to estimate time frames, quantity and skill set of resources required to successfully implement projects, develops or assists in the development of project plan incorporating all variables.
  
  - Ensures that appropriate resources are assigned to the tasks defined.
  
  - Will usually serve as a project lead consultant.
  
  - Prepares weekly status report on specific objectives.
  
  - 10% Serves as senior-level pre-sales and post-sales technical support specialist as needed
  
  - 40% Acts as liaison between company and customers.
