  • Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities :
    - Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop research questions
    - Work independently to define and generate research objectives with little-to-no supervision
    - Seek out opportunities where research needs to be applied and make suggestions on the methodology to yield appropriate results
    - Understand and communicate with various audience, as well as stakeholders, in regards to the research methods
    - Conduct user recruitment autonomously, from writing screening questions and surveys to identifying appropriate users and handling external recruitment agencies

Qualifications

    Qualifications and Requirements :
    - At least 3 years of experience in UX research or related field
    - Knowledge in user experience researching and testing methodology
    - Knowledge about different research tools and how to apply them
    - Basic knowledge about digital products and solutions
    - Good command of both Thai and English (particularly speaking and writing skills)
    - Strong analytical, insight synthesis and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
    - Analyze qualitative and quantitative data according to research objectives
    - Communicate insights to diverse audience using innovative methods, such as written reports and presentations"

    Bonus Qualification :
    - Experience working in digital agency environment
    - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, UX Design,
    Human-Computer Interaction or any related field
    - Well-recognized UX Certification (e.g. Nielsen Norman
    Group: UX Certification or above, Human Factor
    International: Certified Usability Analyst - CUA or
    Certified User Experience Analyst - CXA)
