  • Job Description

    - Prepare the month-end reporting
    - Accounts Reconciliation for month-end closing
    - Prepare quarterly report for consolidation package
    - Prepare and review the fixed assets register including depreciation calculation
    - Review all tax returns i.e. withholding tax and VAT reports
    - Support other departments’ team i.e. Sales, Purchasing, Petty cash for improve the internal process and procedures
    - Review all accounting vouchers i.e. payment, purchase, sales, receipt, journal
    - Collaborate for improve the accounting manual works to computerize
    - Liaise with external auditor for the year-end audit for statutory financial reports and consolidation package in time of the requirement of local management and parent company in Japan
    - Support for tax refund
    - Ad hoc assigned by Accounting GM

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelors of Accountancy (is required). Master degree (if possible)
    - Month-end closing for management reports
    - Consolidation package (if possible)
    - Experience in management level (is required)
    - Experience with accounting firm or audit firm will be advantage.
    - Good knowledge in TFRS for NPAEs
    - Strong in Taxation
    - Treasury or cash management skills
    - Fixed assets management skills
    - Good at English
    - Good at computer skills (MS Excel, Accounting software)
    - Can work under pressure and deadline
