【業務内容】
アドバイザーとして、製造時のトラブル対応およびお客様対応をお願い致します。
・製造時のトラブルについて他部署（品質管理・保証）へ連携
・納品した製品に対する問い合わせ、トラブル対応Requirement
【必須条件】
・プラスチック射出成形に関連する業務（設計、品質、製造、生産、保全など）を最低5年お持ちの方
・英語もしくはタイ語で現地スタッフとコミュニケーションが取れる方
【歓迎条件】

Job Description
- Comply with company rules and strictly follow the tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Provides supervision of maintenance and operations activities of assigned facilities , ensure the adherence with proper safety precautions and procedures.
- Control and analyze over the repair immediately in the case of breakdown.
- Control spare parts, Cost, Environment , Safety and manpower .
- Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by Director or Manager.
- Keeping accurate maintenance records and ensuring all necessary supporting documentation is up to date and available.
- Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to Company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
- Control preventive maintenance according to the monthly maintenance plan to meet the target.
- Conducting all maintenance activities in accordance with company health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Control , verify , follow and implement all document concern Energy saving in factory.
- Conducting detailed analyses of problems, and providing management with full maintenance reports.
- Conduct checking ,design , install and maintenance Electrical System , MDB , Transformer , Chiller water , Air Compressor , Fire Pump , Cooling water , Air condition , PAC , OAU , AHU and Spit Type Air and all Machine etc.
- Regularly monitor and control sub-contractor , vendor.
- To implement and coordinate ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 & Safety program in order to ensure that ISO 14001 & Safety meet requirement of law.
