  • Job Description

    • Supervise the operation of the production department on a daily basis.
    • Define methods and procedures for employees to achieve goals.
    • Control work and motivate employees to follow the specified procedures.
    • Track and evaluate the performance against the goals.
    • Determine methods of solving cases in which the work does not meet the goals
    with the supervisor.
    • Coordinate with various departments Related.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Male or Female aged 30 years and over.
    • High Vocational Education or Bachelor Degree in Industrial.
    • Able to use Office computer, SAP program etc.
    • 10 years and above of experience in leader production or control.

    Level 3 - Business Level

  • Other Language

    English
