    ●Company: The company has a newly established the Thai branch in 2021. They are looking for candidates who are interested in BPR(Business Process Reengineering) and able to deliver HR solutions and training for Japanese clients.
    ●Client: Maily Japanese Companiesbranch
    - Responsible for BPR(Business Process Reengineering) consulting
    - Study HR software and partners such as Cybozu, kintone, Force.com, etc., and propose BPR solutions to the clinet
    - Design HR systems and HR operation consulting with various stakeholders
    - Deliver HR-related projects for clients with the team
    - Interview clinet HR staff to discover solutions for developing the organization's system
    - Corporate with Japanese Management to proceed with projects
    - Create a service proposal for a consulting project to meet clients’ expectations
    - Other tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - M/F Age 26-35 years old (Females preferred)
    - Have experience working as an IT executive, support, and handles various ERP systems.
    - Have knowledge of ERP, HR, and various business software systems and clouds.
    - Bachelor's degree in any fields
    - WIlling to work as a consultant

    【Advantage】
    - Have experience as a BPR(Business Process Reengineering) consulting
    - Able to start working immediately
