• Job Description

  【Daily Operation】
  • Monitor approx. 50 trucking arrangement including own/subcon truck (for container exchange in border / pickup in BKK area)
  • Communicate with our colleagues in Malaysia, Vietnam, and China to sustain our cross-border trucking business.
  • Communicate with 15 office staffs for operation in Thailand (trucking/GPS division)
  • Communicate with 70 local drivers as a manager, and can get a phone call/react at emergency (when junior office staff cannot handle)
  • Monitor daily warehouse operation (loading/unloading, etc…).
  
  【Usage of/Communication with Truck Subcontractors】
  • Communicate with truck subcontractors for quality issues.
  • Communicate/negotiate with subcontractors if necessary.
  • Can find better truck subcontractors in Thailand when necessary.
  
  【Others】
  • Have good knowledge for custom clearance (if possible)
  • Can find issues on our business, propose solution for the issues, and strongly proceed with the solution.
