Job Description
○The company HQ is in Japan and the Thai brunch is established in April 2022. Looking for a team member to support the back office work.
Office admin:
- Overall support and organization for setting up a Thai office
- Process company's social insurance registrations
- Submit expense reports
- Make travel arrangements
- Maintain office space and office equipment
Human Resource
- Preparation for Japanese staff such as visa, work permit, 90 days report etc.
- Process and organize company's welfare for new office environment
- Monthly payroll and social security
Accounting:
- Create and process invoice, purchase order, withholding tax, company tax, expense report
- Handle cash flow, Cheque control report. - Monthly Report Income & Expend plan.
- Contact Bank & Auditor company for The financial statement.
Support for Japanese Manager:
- Support to create sales documents for Japanese managers (PowerPoint and excel)
- Set up and arrange meeting for management
- Other tasks assigned
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Female/ age 26-34
- Have various admin experience
- N2 Japanese for internal communication
- Willing to do various admin works and support for Japanese MD
- Proficient in Office Powerpoint, World and Excel
【Advantage】
- Has experience in setting up a office as a back office staff.English Level
