    - Provide solution to develop imitative ideas for team breakthrough ideas.
    - Successful HQ - Japan target KPI adaptation and implementation on site.
    - Coaching and develop next generation of work place salutation division member for succession planning achievement.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in engineer or related field.
    - Facility and Utility System Management at least 10 Years.
    - Safety / Health / Environment Management at least 5-10 years in manufacturing.
    - Production/Factory management would be appreciated.
    - Communication & Presentation skill in English is require.
    - Experience to work in Japanese Manufacturing will be preferable.
    - Energetic & Enjoy to work under pressure.
