  Responsibilities:
  1. Controlling IT Infrastructure - Operationally aware, Delivery focused & Network Security.
  2. Implement, Design and Manage servers, networks, and applications environment.
  3. Understand IT Governance to be able to assertively challenge global IT projects direction and support team to ensure best technical design are being considered.
  4. Promote Infrastructure Engineering Operations, delivering that ‘Mission Control’ capability
  5. Provide 3rd level technical support for all infrastructure, cloud and software to the team and continuously improvement skill matrix of Infrastructure team.
  6. Support and be able to lead a global Infrastructure team toward the best technical design by aligning to the Business needs.
  7. Lead the troubleshooting of high priority and complex incidents, applying logic and experience to resolve issues follow by Incident and Problem Management.
  8. Ensure IT infrastructure is well maintained, providing outstanding performance and reliability.
  9. Drive improvement in IT infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, and IT services – while ensure designs are aligned with business need.
  10. Contribute to the development of a cloud enablement framework, facilitating the seamless transition of key applications and services to the cloud, including handover to Cloud Operations.
  11. Implement Cloud Operations capability, aligned with the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework.
  12. Explore agile ways of working, identify transformation opportunities, always leading by example.
  13. Building and maintaining trust relationships with IT Operations, Service Delivery Management, Architecture, Portfolio, Product, Development and Quality and other teams.
