    *** Investment Research ***
    - Researching on real estate business opportunities
    - Conduct an initial feasibility study for potential real estate development project and presenting the findings from the study to supervisors
    - Confirming development strategy of potential project and its management structure.
    - Researching feasible finance plans for potential project
    - Managing other researcher staffs and fulfill the scope of the above as a team

    *** Monitaring project ***
    - Monitoring the real estate development projects after investment
    - Reviewing and consider sales and marketing activities of the Project
    - Monitoring financial projection of the Project and suggesting optimal management of finance and equity capital etc
    - Managing other researcher staffs and fulfill the scope of the above as a team

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female 30 - 38 years old
    - English: Business level
    - Having experience of real estate development project
    - Having experience of market research for Real estate

  • English Level

    Level 3 - Business Level
