Job Description
I. Support
• Provide technical aids on hardware & software issues
• Give supports in change configuration including software installations Provide system support and solve any related problems occurred. • Test program/Verify patched. Execute query for serve Users request (Oracle SQL)
• Review, test and coordinate to deploy Data fix.
• Prepare testing environment by coordinate with other departments.
• Execute and maintain Automate test script.
II. Monitoring
• Monitor issue log, HD, RW (request) and focus issue.
III. Coordination
• Coordinate with Infrastructure team about Server, Backup/Restore Database, network, Google mail and other vendors in terms of investigate and solving issue.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Bachelor degree or higher with basic IT knowledge (software, hardware and network)
- At least 2 years of working experience in IT or related fields
- Able to communicate in English both speaking and writing
- Knowledge of software testing methodology
- Knowledge of SQL statement, Query and Oracle PL/SQL

- Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
- Service-oriented mind with effective communication skills and with a good sense of urgency in delivering
